Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tiny Footprints mobile application ("App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Tiny Footprints App LLC, located in Atlanta, Georgia, USA ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you must have parental/guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

The App allows you to log personal information about your baby (e.g., growth measurements, sleep/feeding/diaper logs, photos, notes). You retain ownership of your content ("User Content"), but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and use it solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or spam
• Harass, impersonate, or abuse others
• Scrape or copy data without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including design, code, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Firebase (Google) for authentication, storage, and database. Your use is also subject to Google's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. THE APP IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE OR A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., via in-app notice or email). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
